Bredent’s SleepPlus

Provide you patients with the gift of a quite sleep – for a better quality of life

SleepPlus Mandibular Advancing Device:

Code: 6394 (58001190)
Bredent’s new SleepPlus Mandibular Advancing Device was devised as part of a treatment plan for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The telescopic rails, mandibular rest fixation and frontal and lateral bite elevation make for an effective therapeutic device. The intraoral snoring therapy creates a whole new inter-disciplinary area for all dental health professionals including those physicians practicing in the Ear Nose and Throat field.

The mandibular advancing device is able to keep the pharynx open at night and tones the muscles. The respiratory passages remain open, therefore preventing snoring and sleep apnea. The newly developed mandibular advancing device SleepPlus has more to offer than some of the devices currently being provided. Conventional devices are incorporated buccally and frequently cause injuries to the oral mucosa. Other types of devices with rigid construction restrict the movements to such an extent that complications may occur and this inflexible structure can lead to the patient’s lack of use of the appliance meaning that the desired therapeutic results are not achieved.

The design of the mandibular advancement device, SleepPlus was developed in the dental practice under clinical conditions and warrants a high patient acceptance. In Europe, the treatment concept has proven itself for several years. The SleepPlus device is produced in the dental laboratory using clear acrylics such as Bredent’s Dentaplast KFO and the assortment kit which includes the telescopic rail. Literature for both patients and the dental health professional is available as well as a DVD Training Video.
